Coaching

The Coaching Suite is trained in executive coaching by one of the world’s best business schools,  Ashridge Business School.  Coaching is primarily a development technique based on one-to-one coaching sessions to further develop or enhance a person’s performance and/or goals.  It is essentially non-directive and provides a safe environment for an individual to explore, their thinking and grow through self awareness.  It may be appropriate for the Coach to provide the individual feedback on their strengths and weaknesses.  Coaching is usually targeted at high performers and can be results or solutions focused.  Coaching is particularly relevant for preparing and supporting people in leadership roles or business owners.  The Coaching Suite will use a number of techniques and tools to further an individual’s development and growth such as MBTI and Cognitive Behavioural Techniques.  The Coaching Suite can deliver one-to-one or team coaching.  The Coaching Suite can also introduce a coaching culture to your business and train your people managers in how to coach their teams effectively.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step l and Step ll

The Coaching Suite is trained and certified to deliver the best known and most trusted personality assessment on the market – Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).  MBTI profiling provides a strong positive foundation for personal growth and development.  It is a great framework for understanding individual differences and strengths.  The MBTI profile reveals where we focus our energies, how we see and interact with the world and the process we prefer to use when making decisions.  The Coaching Suite can deliver MBTI either in a one-to-one coaching setting or in a group/team setting.

Emotional Intelligence EQi 2.0

The Coaching Suite is certified to deliver feedback through the use of the Emotional Intelligence EQi 2.0 which explores social and emotional functioning.  It explores a range of areas such as self perception, self expression, interpersonal, stress management and decision making,

360 Feedback

The Coaching Suite can gather 360 data and provide the client with an all rounded view of how they present themselves to others.  The Coaching Suite will then work with the client in exploration of the data and resulting thinking and clarity.
